Happy Thanksgiving, everyone!
I just wanted to share with all of you two things that I am thankful for this year.
1. My friends and family’s health. I am blessed to have little to worry about in this category. I know one day I will not be as lucky given the rate of cancer these days and so for that matter I’m thankful for having it.
2. Being able to do what I love for a living. Without each and everyone of you who read my website and watch my videos I would not be able to do this. I am training more in person which is necessary for rent reasons but I’m lucky that I am employed and I love helping all of you.
I have to admit, I did not exercise today on Thanksgiving. I am spending Thanksgiving in Maine for the first time with roomie. We left Boston early this morning, which means I would of had to exercise at 6 am in 20 degree weather without my gloves or hat, which are missing. Sorry but I’m not that crazy! Once we got to Maine, we went to the High School football game, then headed over to our dinner destination. We opted for a more traditional lunch time without apps. This meant eating at 1:30 pm. We are planning on eating the apps for dinner tonight.
Once we got done eating, and the Patriots game was over it was dark. I’m dedicated and I love working out, but I’m giving myself a day off for working so hard this past year. 🙂 I can’t believe it was a year ago I was “eating clean” for Mike D! It was hard to enjoy Thanksgiving then, so I’m enjoying it twice as much this go round.
