This picture is from this weekend’s TRX training class. I had Mike D do my body comp last week and I gained some weight unintentionally. It appeared I gained lean body mass although that didn’t make sense since I wasn’t training hard. We figured out that I was storing carbs in my muscles (damn you holiday cookies!) and after dropping my carbs since Thursday, I lost the excess weight by today. I knew I hadn’t gained 3 lbs of muscle but after looking at these pictures maybe I did gain a little. I thought it was fat, but I think I did increase my upper body muscles. I’m oddly strong these days up top.
