Another must read is Sunday’s Magazine headliner “Is Sugar Toxic?” It was the first article that had me re-think my eating behavior. I always joke I’d rather eat a salad and have dessert than a bowl of pasta but this article has changed my perception of sugar. This article correlates sugar consumption with diseases, not just your waist line. I am beginning a sugar detox today.
